Primary Return Policy
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Additionally, you need to provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
After receiving your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the return. We will then update you on the refund status within a few days. Processing a return may take up to 3 days. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, and you will receive the credit within your card issuer’s timeframe.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, contact us within 30 days of purchase. Ensure that exchanged items are of equal or lesser value. Note that you are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Exceptions
